Stephen Dent holds a BA and MBA from Harvard University and is a licensed CPA. Today, Stephen serves as president of his own investment banking firm, Dent Inc., located in Greenwich CT. In addition to being the company president, Stephen oversees all of the company’s investment activities.
Before he started Dent Inc., Stephen did work for numerous companies in various finance and investment activities. Since 1982, Stephen has worked exclusively in the areas of finance, investments and acquisitions.
In addition to his work as a CPA, Stephen was employed for three-years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, after which he joined the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. after completing graduate school.
After leaving PricewaterhouseCoopers, Stephen entered the private investment partnership, Rozenkranz & Company, where he specialized in account acquisitions for the company.
In order to relieve the pressure of high-finance, Stephen enjoys devoting time to his boyhood hobby of studying marine life.
